Mrs. Tsameret Einav, Co-CEO
Mrs. Einav has a rich business experience and knowledge of the Chinese market; and since 2001, she has been providing business services to Israeli and American firms operating in China. During her seven years residency in China, Mrs. Einav had gained extensive practical experience in conducting commercial and business activities with China. Mrs. Einav is a graduate of Haifa University, holds a Masters degree in International relations and Diplomacy from Tianjin's Nankai University and is a fluent Chinese speaker.

Mr. Kanza a bachelor degree in Law and Economics along with an MBA in Business Administration (majoring in business strategy), both from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Avi Winkler, Senior Partner
Mr. Winkler has over 25 year's managerial experience at various positions in the manufacturing areas of international corporations. Mr. Winkler held professional and managerial positions in RAFAEL and managed the Tedea-Huntleigh factory in Karmiel, Israel. Mr. Winkler directed Vishay's transducer division's factories in China (in Beijing and Tianjin) from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Winkler holds a B.SC. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute.
 

Mr. Benny Levy, Senior Partner
Mr. Levy has over 25 year's managerial experience at various positions in the manufacturing areas of international corporations. Mr. Levy held professional and managerial positions, including as the managing director of Tedea-Huntleigh International and as a divisional operation director in Vishay.
Mr. Levy is a Technion B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a Bar-Ilan MBA in Business Administration.
