Avi Winkler, Senior Partner
Mr. Winkler has over 25 years managerial experience at various positions in the manufacturing areas of international corporations. Mr. Winkler held professional and managerial positions in RAFAEL and managed the Tedea-Huntleigh factory in Karmiel, Israel. Mr. Winkler directed Vishay's transducer division's factories in China (in Beijing and Tianjin) from 2002 to 2006.

Mr. Winkler holds a B.SC. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute.
 

Ben Hasson, Senior Partner
Mr Hasson is experienced in delivering online merchants with performance base CPA/CPL marketing service in China. Mr. Hasson led media buying deals with various publishers and ad networks in China, and created a HK hosted website to generate CPL leads.

Mr Hasson maintained relationship with affiliates who are connected to his clients target groups.

Benny Levy, Senior Partner
Mr. Levy has over 25 years managerial experience at various positions in the manufacturing areas of international corporations. Mr. Levy held professional and managerial positions, including as the managing director of Tedea-Huntleigh International and as a divisional operation director in Vishay.

Mr. Levy is a Technion B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a Bar-Ilan MBA in Business Administration.

Mr. Copple is a chemical engineer and also holds a law degree from Iowa university.

Dr. Meirav Recther, Co-CEO
Dr. Rechter has more than 20 years of experience in research and medical device in the field of human science. Dr. Rechter has worked in many research institutes among them are the Tel Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Dr. Rechter holds a master degree from the Hebrew university, and holds a PhD degree from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Mr. Dayan holds a bachelor degree in Law, and a bachelor degree in accounting (CPA)  both from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Kanza holds a bachelor degree in Law and Economics along with an MBA in Business Administration (majoring in business strategy), both from Tel-Aviv University.

Mrs. Ai is a wine and F&B export specialist. Before joining China Alliance Institute, Mrs. Ai worked in European trading companies exporting wine and F&B to China.

Mrs. Ai  done her BA in China and later studied international wine marketing in the EU program. 

Mr. Zhen specializes in strategic consulting and investments for more than 25 years. He worked in the 80's-90's as a manager in the Eisenberg group in China, and after that  manage Green Valley Group real estate projects in east Asia. Mr. Wu also acts as China consultant to the Thai city Changmai mayor, and also worked as a consultant to Franklin Templeton Sealand. 

Mr. Zhen holds an MBA from Syracuse University, USA.
